OVERVIEW:

MCBA is a valuable resource for both the legal profession as well as for members of the McLean County community. From continuing legal education and support services, to our lawyer referral services, we're dedicated to helping our members achieve their goals, and to promoting public awareness and keeping the legal system accessible to all. Members of the Bar recognize their responsibility to the community. Whether it is the Peoples Law School or the acceptance of referrals from Prairie State Legal Services, local attorneys are at the forefront of providing services to the general public.

With the growing legal community, the Bar is the central social and professional organization on the local level. It provides opportunities for local attorneys to network and connect with legal professionals. This permits a community of legal services that maintains the small town trust with the large town expertise.

The McLean County Bas Association is a not for profit Illinois Corporation with the tax return available for viewing at the office of Catherine Pratt, 415 north Center Street in Bloomington, Illinois. The corporate name is "Bar Association of McLean County."
