We are a partnership. I have practice law since 1976 and my son since 2013. Our main focus is in the area of family law, criminal law, bankruptcies, estate planning and probating estates. The law firm was formed in 1938 with my father, Don B. Pioletti, Sr. beginning the firm and he was a Woodford County Circuit Judge from 1946 through 1966.
