Overview:
My practice concentrates in the areas of child abuse and neglect (DCFS), DUI, traffic and drivers license reinstatement.
As to DCFS, I provide assistance so parents may reclaim a child from DCFS, keep a child from living with another parent who is abusive, keep a child in your care, relieve yourself of parental responsibility so your child may be adopted, contest the claim that your child has been abused, and make sure your children under DCFS care are receiving the best possible care and services. I also represent people indicated by DCFS and those adopting DCFS wards.
As to drivers license reinstatement,I have made over 2000 trips to Springfield assisting people who have two, three or more charges of driving while under the influence to get driving again. People who fall into this category meet with major resistance. The Illinois Secretary of State has strict rules when a repeat offender requests a restricted driver’s permit or driver’s license reinstatement.
Due to the heightened scrutiny American society has placed on people who drive while under the influence, it is not difficult to pick up a charge of drunk driving. Not everyone who has a drink or two who then drives a motor vehicle is guilty of this offense. I am ready to assist you in the trial court to defend a charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
