MCBA SCHOLARSHIPIf you know any law students, please inform them about the 2020 MCBA Community Service Scholarship. The $2,500 scholarship is open to second or third year law students with strong ties to McLean County, Bloomington-Normal, or its surrounding communities. Prime candidates will express and demonstrate a commitment to legal aid work, pro bono activities, or community service. The application deadline is October 31, 2020. This year the event has gone virtual, and teams and runners are invited to participate in whatever manner they feel comfortable. That could include partaking virtually by themselves, running or walking in a group, or just donating. Multiples routes will be provided for all levels of participation. Some of these routes will end along Keg Grove if any bar members would like to meet and enjoy a beer together after their run or walk.
