MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Please know that the application process for the annual MCBA scholarship opportunity has opened as of yesterday!! Once again, it will be for law students who are in their second or third year (or equivalent). Please share this information with qualifying students. The deadline is October 31, 2019. Please see the application LINK.

Have a great week !

the tip exchange...

link re:SearchIL
Once an attorney is registered.. You can see the linked attorney file stamped pleadings & orders.

... I am not sure how many know about this link, but I find it very handy.
Simply register your attorney and get access to stamped pleadings and orders in case files that your attorney is linked. I use it all of the time to access pleadings, if needed. We found this out when doing a case in Woodford County and asking for a copy of the Order. The clerk told us that they would have to charge us for the Order, but if we registered at this website, then we could print off what we needed at no charge!...              Shared by: Karin Miller -  paralegal to Helen Ogar
