MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENTHope everyone had a wonderful weekend. As the Summer is winding down and things returning to routine with the kids and the like, our Bar activities should be heating up. The Social Committee is hard at work so please stay tuned for details on upcoming events.
This week, we have little by way of formal Bar activities, but I wanted you to be aware that Bruegala takes place August 16-17th at the Corn Crib. It is a sponsor of Prairie State Legal and provides donations based upon the number of volunteers secured for the fest. Signup is easy. If interested and to make sure Prairie State gets credit for volunteers, please sign up at LINK. Please see more information listed below. Reminder: The August 20th CLE Luncheon will be presented by Senator Jason Barickman, AN OVERVIEW OF THE CANNABIS REGULATION AND TAX ACT. This will offer a 1 hour general CLE credit.
