The CLE Committe is proud to welcome Hon. Sarah Duffy for the July lunchtime presentation.
This course will provide a foundational overview of income tax returns and enable family law attorneys to quickly identify relevant information. The learning objectives are: (1) analyze individual income tax returns and corresponding schedules and (2) identify sections of individual income tax returns important in family law cases.
