Please join the McLean County Bar Association in welcoming Hon. Donald Bernardi Circuit Judge (Retd.) and Hon. Amy McFarland. During this presentation, they will make practitioners and Judges aware of the ways in which the GAL's may be subjected to liability and how the Courts may protect those who serve in court-appointed roles. In addition, the speakers will discuss the language used in these orders and provide suggested sample orders.
