Please join the McLean County Bar Association and the Family Law Division in welcoming Mr. Firas Abunada JD. Mr. Firas Abunada JD will focus this CLE on various topics such as what actions are paused due to the automatic stay, what happens to domestic support obligations, attorney's fees, guardian ad litem's fees, child representative's fees, and property settlements in a chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy. Mr. Abunada will also include an overview of Proof of Claims. He practices mostly in Will County and represents debtors in filing for chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy. He has represented creditors in chapter 7, 11, & 13 bankruptcy matters.
This will be an in person event at noon Tuesday, May 4.
