questions submitted updated:

*What is the preferred method of connecting to the system for the presentation of evidence during contested proceedings?

*Are there any potential solutions to the issue in which audio-only recordings being played through the system have inherent lag that cannot be fixed by the user?

*How can I improve my e-filing procedures so that I don't receive rejections?

*What are the amendments in Local Rule 4 that would apply to me as an office staffer?

*What does the clerks office see of my e-filing on their side?

*Regarding Service Contacts in the e-filing system.
What is the etiquette and/or your preference for one firm adding service contact information for the opposing party/opposing counsel? (On the user side, it can be mildly problematic/annoying b/c we cannot edit/remove contact information for our firm when it was added to the e-filing system by another firm)

*Now that there are no longer numeric keypads, how do attorneys gain access to judges' chambers when the courtroom is locked?

*Why is wireless the courtroom way to link to the display monitor. Cable has less lag and glitches and would be way better. Is there a way to have better sound and speakers outside of the monitor? Can sound quality and volume be improved and increased?

*Will there be written instructions provided for all the new updates?
