This is the 11th year that the McLean County Bar Association has partnered with the McLean County Nursing Home to adopt residents. This nursing home facility is a high-Medicaid bed nursing home and most of the adopted residents have very low-income. In fact, most of the residents who receive the MCBA gifts might otherwise have no holiday gifts. The staff continues to share heart warming gratitude for all of the generosity given their way through the years! We were able to obtain the names of 42 residents along with their unique wish list for this Holiday Season.

How can you participate?
Please see the adoption listing below, choose the resident and fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
Your adopted resident listing will be sent to you within a day or two.

Gift Packaging Guidance
1. Please only use gift sacks with the residents name written onto the bag.
No wrapping or loose name tags as they tend to drop off while in transit.
2. Please know that the individual wish lists are suggestions.
Please do not feel obligated to purchase the entire list as this is the residents wish list.
3. Gift Cards to local restaurants and delivery gift cards are welcome again this year.

Drop Off Logistics
There are three places for you to drop your gifts this year.
Please plan to have your gift at either option 1 or 2 by Tuesday, December 16 at noon.
If you choose to attend the Holiday Luncheon, please bring your gifts by 12.00 noon on Wednesday, December 17.

2. Wood, DeVary & Armstrong PC - 8.30 am - 5.00 pm - Illinois House, 207 W Jefferson - 4th Floor
4. Holiday Luncheon - December 17, noon - The Bloomington Country Club
