The McLean County Bar Association cordially invites you to a Continuing Legal Education event focusing on Felony Sentencing Alternatives. Get the information you need regarding sentencing alternatives to incarceration with this online seminar. Criminal justice attorneys, traffic law practitioners, and corrections/sentencing lawyers with all levels of practice experience who attend this program will learn more about Illinois’ problem-solving courts, various special probations. Participants will also learn the McLean County Specialty Court (Drug Court, Recovery Court, Veteran’s Court) process from referral to sentencing.
