NOVEMBER, 2017 "THE EPIDEMIC OF HEROIN ADDICTION AND OPIOID DRUG ABUSE"
(APPROVED - 4.25 HOUR GENERAL CLE CREDIT INCLUDING 1.5 HOUR PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY/MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE CREDIT )


Please join the McLean County Bar Association and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of Illinois at Illinois State University on November 14, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for a unique opportunity to participate in a diverse conversation about the epidemic of heroin addiction and opioid drug abuse. This program will provide attendees with an understanding of the mental, physical, and legal effects of addiction and the response to this epidemic by law enforcement, lawyers, judges, physicians, and community members. A total 4.25 hours of CLE credit is approved, including a 1.5 hours of rarely offered professional responsibility mental health/substance abuse credit. This, a free event, includes lunch for those registered.

The location for this CLE is the Illinois State University Bone Student Center. Event parking is located behind Bone Student Center off of West Locust Street.

Please note that meals are not provided for late or "walk-in" registrants.  Late and "walk-in" registrants must wait until timely registered attendees have been served.
