Please join the McLean County Bar Association in welcoming Clinton Wright and Patti Florez who are from our McLean County Court Services. The CLE presentation will provide information for attorneys to present to their client before plea/sentencing regarding transfer to another state. Mr. Wright and Ms. Florez will discuss what ICOTS is and when it is necessary along with different types of transfers including mandatory verses discretionary. They will welcome questions regarding ICOTS/Compact.
Please also welcome Michele Hansen-Hoback, the 11th Judicial Circuit Veterans Treatment Court Coordinator. She will address eligibility requirements, an overview of the Veterans Treatment Court and the roles within the courtroom.
