MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENTGreetings everyone, Happy Super Bowl week! Go _______________________, you fill in the blank as my Bears greatly missed the mark this year. Again, many thanks to those who attended our annual State of the Circuit last Tuesday. Wanted to give a big shout out of Congratulations to Nathan Hinch as the newly minted Chairman for the McLean County Chamber of Commerce. It sounds like its gala this past Saturday was a big hit. And, it should have been since it bumped our social event at The Proving Ground Bouldering Gym. But, no worries as it has been be rescheduled to Saturday, February 8th from 5-9 pm. Again, we would kindly ask for registration for this fun event by next Monday, February 3rd, in order to have an accurate count of those attending. It should be great fun. We are still in need of assistance for the High School Mock Trials set for Wednesday, February 12th. In years past, we have had some very strong competitive teams and a great turnout of volunteer judges. Due to the number of teams, we are calling upon your help once again and to sound like a broken record, this event is not possible without your dedicated assistance and involvement. PLEASE REGISTER NOW in the link below. Volunteers will be provided breakfast and lunch and an opportunity for 1 hour CLE-Professional Responsibility for Mental Health & Substance Abuse. And, continuing my broken record pitch, please renew your Bar membership today. See the link above for ease of registration to renew. We implore your help to reach out to fellow colleagues and inform them of the great things happening in our Bar Association and how they can register. So appreciate your efforts. Have a great week!
