This CLE will address disabled adult guardianship cases from start to finish, including: an overview of the Probate Act, the petitioning process, the Guardian ad Litem investigation, courtroom procedures and post-hearing requirements. Please join the McLean County Bar Association in welcoming Judge Rebecca Foley, Nargis Khokhar, JD and Robert Porter, JD.

Registration and Location
The cost is $20 for a member and $25 for a non-member.
A lunch will be served.
All registered participants will receive emailed materials before the program.
Walk-in's are welcome, however if you aren't registered prior to the event, there may not be planned food for you.
