Please join the McLean County Bar Association in welcoming Hon. Donald Bernardi Circuit Judge (Retd.) and Hon. Amy McFarland. During this presentation, they will make practitioners and Judges aware of the ways in which the GAL's may be subjected to liability and how the Courts may protect those who serve in court-appointed roles. In addition, the speakers will discuss the language used in these orders and provide suggested sample orders.

Registration and Location
This Tuesday, July 20, program will be held through the ZOOM platform. The MCBA has been able to offer CLE's through the year of the pandemic at no charge. As we make our way back to the new normal, the cost for this presentation is $20 per person. All registered participants will receive emailed materials by the Monday before the luncheon.
