Ditelberg, Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Northern Trust. Ms. Ditelberg will review the new Illinois Trust Code effective January 1, 2020, including carryovers from the Illinois Trusts and Trustees Act, codifications of Illinois common law, and changes to prior Illinois law.
